Subscribing for infrastructure updates:

To ensure you are updated on changes that will impact you we have extended our uniFLOW Online Status page with a new category ‘Infrastructure Updates’. If changes are made that will the environment or operation of uniFLOW Online we will communicate this under this new category.
Navigate to https://status.uniflowonline.com
Select ‘Subscribe’ from the top menu bar.
Uncheck the ‘All Resources’ option.
Select your deployment region top level to get all notification.
You can optionally select the individual notification you are interested in.
Note sure of your deployment region, you can find this in the URL when you visit your unIFLOW Online Tenant. https://<yourtenantname>.<deployment region>.uniflowonline.com
Important Note:
If you are currently subscribed, even if you selected ‘Subscribe to All Resources’ you will not automatically be added to the new ‘Infrastructure’ updates. Please use a past email notification you have received to update your subscription preferences.
